What this website is, what our advice can and cannot promise, and what we each agree to.

These terms govern your use of eurovisionedu.com and the guidance published on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Separate written terms apply if you engage Euro Vision Edu Consultancy as a client. Where those terms and these differ, the engagement terms take priority.
1. Who we are
Euro Vision Edu Consultancy is an education consultancy at No.5, New Shopping Complex, Kochchikade 11540, Western Province, Sri Lanka. We advise Sri Lankan students on studying, training and working in Germany.
2. We advise — we do not decide
No admission, visa or job outcome is guaranteed
Admission decisions rest solely with universities, colleges and training providers. Visa and residence-permit decisions rest solely with the German Federal Foreign Office, the German Embassy in Colombo and the relevant German immigration authority. Employment offers rest solely with employers. Euro Vision has no power to grant, influence or accelerate any of these decisions, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise that any application will succeed.
What we do is prepare you well: assess your profile honestly, help you choose programmes you are actually eligible for, get your documents in order, and make sure your application is complete and submitted on time. A strong application improves your chances. It does not guarantee an outcome.
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal or immigration-law advice. We are not an agent of any German government body, and we are not affiliated with any German authority.
3. Accuracy of the information on this site
Our guides describe visa routes, blocked-account amounts, language requirements, tuition and living costs as we understand them at the time of writing. These change, sometimes without notice and sometimes retroactively.
- Treat everything on this site as general information, not as advice tailored to your situation
- Always confirm current requirements with the German Embassy in Colombo, the institution you are applying to, or an official German government source before acting
- Figures given in euros or rupees are indicative and move with exchange rates and official policy
We correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it.
4. Your responsibilities
If you engage us, or send us an enquiry, you agree to:
- Give us accurate, complete and truthful information and documents
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change — qualifications, finances, marital status, travel or visa history
- Meet the deadlines we give you; many applications and intakes cannot be reopened once they close
- Deal directly and honestly with institutions and authorities where they contact you
Fraudulent documents end the engagement immediately
We will not submit a forged, altered or fraudulently obtained certificate, transcript, bank statement or language result. If we discover one, we will stop work at once, without refund, and we may be obliged to inform the institution or authority concerned. A fraud finding can bar you from Germany and the Schengen area for years — it is not worth it.
5. Fees
Consultation and service fees, what they cover, and the refund position are agreed in writing with you before we begin, and are not set by this website. Fees payable to third parties — university application fees, embassy and visa fees, blocked-account provider fees, language tests, document translation and attestation — are separate, are set by those third parties, and are generally non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
6. Links to other sites
We link to universities, official German government pages, blocked-account providers and similar resources for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
The text, guides, layout, graphics and logo on this site belong to Euro Vision Edu Consultancy or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish our guides, copy them onto another website, or use our name or logo commercially without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Euro Vision Edu Consultancy is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this website, from a refusal or delay by any institution or authority, or from any act or omission of a third party such as a university, employer, bank, translator or courier.
Where we are engaged as your consultant and are found liable for our own negligence, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the "last updated" date shown at the top, is the version that applies to your use of the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
